Riccardo Sanviti, or “Bravest Frontier,” is an emerging illustrator and visual artist based in Italy.
Much of his artistic output consists of digital paintings depicting subjects shrouded in an aura of gloom, achieved through the use of muted colours that blend with the density of pitch darkness. His aim is to portray an elegantly sombre imagery, for which he draws inspiration from Gothic-fantasy aesthetics and a rather picky taste in music.
His current style is shaped by the recent study of a wide range of traditional techniques; among his favourites are watercolour, charcoal and pencil. The long-term goal is to achieve mastery in traditional art whilst maintaining the thematic focus already present in his digital counterpart
